Le Parker Hotel Sanya, Sanya

I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms at this hotel. Although the live-band music was a bit loud until 10:30 pm, the room was south and sea-facing, offering a balcony with a recliner and a lovely night view of the marina complex, especially stunning on weekends when it lights up. The spacious bathroom was a highlight, exceeding my expectations for the rate paid.

The hotel has a unique design with a great floorplan in the rooms, but there was a slight smelly issue even though I requested a non-smoking room. The service was friendly but somewhat inefficient. The location was wonderful, especially with the impressive design of the TV. The dining experience offered truly 5-star standard dishes, but there were ups and downs in the quality. The facilities were decent, though there were some issues with electrical downtime on the first night.
